How to stop secret running Apps from draining data bundle ~ Mods Firmware

Background running app has been one of the major thing that drains data bundle,Many people have been complaining about secret running applications that sucks their data bundle, sometimes without knowing it automatically download application and store it in a hidden folder in file manager.

This problem can stopped in just a twinkle of an eye and all you need is to follow the steps carefully.
This step may not work on all Android device especially newly updated ROMs(lollipop, marshmallow, Nougat).

Steps;

Goto phone settings
Then to Net Firewall
Select the app you like to run using Wi-Fi or data connection or even use the both (Wi-Fi and data connection) by clicking on the Wi-Fi or data connection icon in the area.

This procedure works with both VPN and normal data connection.

That will be all.

And if your phone doesn't possess this feature(Net Firewall) then you have to follow the below procedures

Steps:

Goto settings
Data usage
Click on option
Then select RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA then turn it ON.

Note:if you're using any VPN to connect your data, this process will not work because both the VPN will be restricted.
