Download ROM from here:

SuperSU here:

Download Gapps from OpenGapps: http://opengapps.org/, choose arm64 and Android 7.1 nano or pico

Boot to recovery TWRP

Wipe all except sdcard
Then click mount storage and uncheck system
Install ROM and gapps and dolby
Reboot system and your done
Boot to recovery TWRP
flash supersu then reboot
