The rate at which cloned devices are flooding the market is becoming alarming. Although there are so many clones of original mediatek and spreadtrum smartphones out there and we have been able to share the LG V10 MTK clone, Infinix Hot 2 clone, Blackberry Z10 clone and others.
Well today I am sharing the ROM dump of the clone ot another prominent phone; Infinix Hot Note X551. This clone looks exactly like the original and would be kinda hard to recognize unless you have probably seen and used the original.
Talking about the chip, the original uses a Mediatek MT6592 chip while the clone uses the MT6580 chip. The original Hot Note runs on Android 4.4.2 or 5.1 Lollipop (via update) while the fake X551 is faked to show Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
If you know your Hot Note is a fake and you have software related issues, you can download and flash the stock to recover or fix your device.
