How to Fix ZenFone with cracks in speaker

Please follow methods below for troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the problem is caused by settings of Audio Wizard. If yes, it is recommended to disable Audio Wizard.
   
2. Update firmware to the latest version: Go to Settings>About >System update >Check Update.
3. Access to Safe Mode by long pressing power key >tap and hold Power Off >tapping OK.If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that cause malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again if it works well.

Backup your data and perform factory data reset.
