What you need:

ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL unlock bootloader (tutorial)
Twrp Recovery img (Download Twrp2.8.7.7 | Download Twrp 3.0.2-0 )
ADB Fastboot (Download)

How to Install TWRP for ZenFone 2 Laser ZE500KL Marshmallow:

Make sure your zenfone 2 laser bootloader unlocked
download and install adb fastboot
Download twrp.img above
Turn off zenfone
Enter fastboot mode by pressing Power+volume up
Connect ZenFone with PC/Laptop with usb cable
On twrp folder open cmd by (shift+right click > open command here)
Type on cmd:

fastboot flash recovery twrp_2.8.7.7.img

Make sure Reboot to recovery by pressing Power+volume down otherwise at normal reboot will back to stock recovery
