Are you new to Glo 3GB browsing on Android for N1400 (One thousand four hundred naira) only, then read how to go about it here.
Before you do this make sure you have considered all of this…
- Is your glo APN changed to blackberry.net?
- Is your APN type set to default,supl?
- Is there still data on your Glo sim? (Dial *777*0# to check)
- Most importantly did you change your IMEI correctly? (Dial *#06# to check)

HOW TO SOLVE GLO BIS NOT WORKING ON ANDROID
Method 1
Fixes the problem of an activate Glo BIS but not working after fulfilling all the necessary settings.
- Remove Glo sim from affected phone.
- Insert Glo sim in any old BlackBerry device (excluding BlackBerry 10 device)
- Try to browse for some minutes on that BB phone if your Glo sim still have an active plan.
If the above didn’t work do this…
Method 2 (Critical)
Fixes the problem of an activate Glo BIS but not working after fulfilling all the necessary settings.
- Using the same BlackBerry phone call Glo BlackBerry help line 333. (Make sure that sim is in an old BB phone and not BB 10 series o!)
Method 3
Fixes the problem of “Activation pending on Glo BIS subscription” after mistakenly subscribing it on your Android device for the first time.
- Remove Glo SIM from affected phone.
- Insert Glo SIM in any old BlackBerry device (excluding BlackBerry 10 device)
- Wait for some time (about 20-30minutes) for Glo to activate the pending subscription on the SIM.
- Try to browse for some minutes on that BB phone after your Glo SIM have been activated. (Keep dialing *777*0# to check if you’ve been activated & received 3GB)
- Remove SIM and insert back in Android device, keep surfing!
NB: If method 3 didnt solve the pending activation problem then follow method 2 and remember don’t ever reveal to them (Customer care) that you are using that Glo subscription on your Android device. Just tell them the name of the device the sim is on. They might also ask for its IMEI for verification purpose, make sure all these information were prepared before dialing that code.
