To make this easier, here's how to enter the main special characters you can possibly need in your wording. To do this, you simply need to use the keys "Alt" and "Shift".
NB: These key combinations work with most text editing programs including Word, Facebook, Email and Excel. However, it is possible that certain combinations may not work in specific applications.
