Procedure:

Download all flash file needed below and save to sd card.
Make sure to back up all your important files such as picture, msgs and contacts.
Turn off your phone and go to recovery mode by pressing Power and Vol up button.
Wipe data/reset factory, wipe cache, go to advance and wipe dalvik.
Go back to recovery directory and select install zip from sd card.
Locate the Maximum Z3.zip and select install.
Reboot system now!
