HOW TO ROOT GIONEE P2s/WALTON F4

Rooting your Phone will Void your warranty.....

REQUIREMENTS:-

1.GIONEE P2s/Walton F4

2. Iroot.apk

3. internet connection(Important)

4.It fails if u dont have strong connection

INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. download iroot.apk here --> Iroot.apk

2. install downloaded Iroot.apk then enable data/wifi connection

3. open installed Iroot.apk then choose "root now"
It will Take Some time be patient

Done Rooted...........Proceed to Flash recovery..........Then Custom Romssssssss...GOOD LUCK.

2.How to flash recovery on P2s.

Install a Custom Recovery and backup your ROM onto your SD Card. There are 4 Custom Recoveries available:-
CWM Recovery(non-touch)....DONT USE IT...
Carliv Touch Recovery v1(RECOMMENDED)BEST USE THIS FOR INSTALLING JB BASED ROMS..
Carliv Touch Recovery v2(MUST TRY) UPGRADED VERSION...
PHILZ Recovery(Great)USE THIS FOR INSTALLING KK BASED ROMS..
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Gionee P2s/Walton F4
2.RECOVERY(WHICH U LIKE) links are up
3.Recovery tool.apk(recomended) or Mobile Uncle.apk (get it from PLAYSTORE)

INSTRUCTION:-steps are same for all recoveries......

1. Download ANY RECOVERY from the given link then place it to sdcard/here not in any folder.
2. Download and install Recovery tools.apk
3. Open installed Recovery tool.apk(app name Rashr) then click Recovery and choose other from storage. find your downloaded recovery.img Then click "yes, please" then your phone will reboot into recovery.

Done you have now clockworkmod recovery.................ENJOY.....
