At the same time, Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC Windows Phone 8X also stood up. Today we shall see a head to head comparison between these two high end Windows Phone 8 powered Smartphones.

Nokia Lumia 920 vs HTC 8X Windows Smartphones
Ok, now lets talk about the big boys here. Starting with similarities, both these devices are powered by Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon 1.5 GHz Dual Core Krait processor and both have got Adreno 225 GPU with 1 GB of RAM.
Now going for the different specs, the Lumia has a 4.5 inch IPS TFT Capacitive touchscreen with a display resolution of 768 x 1280 pixels and approximately 332 ppi pixel density. On the other hand, the 8X has got a 4.3 inch S-LCD2 capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and approximately 342 ppi pixel density. Both these devices pack Corning Gorilla Glass 2 but the Lumia 920 has PureMotion HD+ and ClearBlack display.
Both these Windows 8 devices come with a 8 MP primary camera. The Nokia Lumia 920 even packs Carl Zeiss optics and PureView technology. Both the devices can shoot HD videos at 1080p 30fps. Going for the secondary camera, the Lumia 920 has a 1.3 MP camera that can even shoot 720p HD videos whereas HTC Windows Phone 8X has a 2.1 MP camera that supports 1080p HD Video recording.
Talking about the memory, these devices have no expandable microSD card slot so internal memory is all that you have. The Nokia Lumia 920 is the clear winner here with 32 GB of internal memory compared to HTC 8X’s 16 GB.
The weight of Nokia Lumia 920 is higher at 185g compared to HTC 8X at 130g. Lumia comes with 2000mAh battery and 8X has a 1800mAh battery. Apart from this, HTC comes with Beats Audio Enhancement and the Lumia gives you 7 GB of free SkyDrive storage.
